Sumptuous and impressive, Villa Nazionale Pisani is a veritable realm, both for its size and its style, and is located along the Riviera del Brenta, which is one of the most popular tourist site in Veneto. The Villa is easy reachable from Padua (less than 15 km) and Venice (about 30 km).
 
Many features are the elements which combine to make this Villa, built for one of the most important families of Venice, the Pisani, a real "queen" among the Venetian Villas: 114 rooms, which hosted doges, reigning as the Habsburgs, Napoleon and the Savoy, a central hall whose ceiling is the largest fresco by Tiepolo ("Glories of Pisani Family"), decorated rooms, many of them furnished with original furniture;  its great park, with its huge "fish pond" in whose waters reflected another majestic building, represented by the stables.
 
In the park are the famous historical greenhouses of citrus, in which the Habsburgs cultivated the precious fruits; the labyrinth, the ice-house, the English grove, the coffee-house dated 19th.
 
The Villa in 1934 hosted the meeting between Mussolini and Hitler, and, with the advent of the Republic, was sold to the Italian State and destined to visits.
