Beautiful for its location, in the South of Vicenza province, Villa Saraceno "The Landmark Trust" is located a few miles from two other two Palladian villas (Villa Pisani De'Lazara and Villa Pojana), stands out fine and imposing in the midst of rolling countryside, just a few steps from the Euganean Hills .
The façade with three arches is very impressive, and the barns are a perfect match with the main house. Its story is emblematic because it reflect that of many other Venetian villas: it lived a long period of decline, during which the frescoes of the main hall were even covered with a layer of white lime. A private English foundation (hence the name given to the Villa) picked up the Palladian gem and restored it.
Today it's possible rent it for short periods, and guests have the house completely available.
During these periods, the villa is closed to visitors, while all other times the villa can be visited.
It's possible organize a tour combining the visit to thi Palladian Villa with a visit to a vinery and a wine-tasting
