villa passi carbonera treviso passi family

Villa Tiepolo Passi, built in the seventeenth-century and located near Treviso, is immersed in an agricultural landscape still miraculously, virtually untouched. It is a typical example of a really "alive" Venetian Villa , where you feel so strong the continuity between the history of the past and the present.

In fact, it is inhabited by the owners : their house has been obtained into the side wings, while the main body remains open to visitors.

The guided tour is directly conducted by a family member (Count Passi or his daughter), which leads to small groups of visitors to discover this lovely residence, which houses paintings, furnishings, original furniture.  After visiting the Villa, you visit the beautiful garden, which houses many species of trees, which together form a very impressive and valuable composition.

Aside from the beauty of the Villa, an element of great charm is the surrounding landscape: a true oasis of peace and silence, where even the sight rests, since around you only see the colors of nature. In the back of the house extends a large estate, where the owners cultivate agricultural products, including wine.

After the visit, the owner offer you a wine-taste, based on wine by himself producted in the private vineyards.

In an annexe in the green, equipped for the occasion, if you are hungry, or just want to taste the local genuine local products, you can also have a delightful brunch.

The Villa is situated less than 40 km from Venice, and about 10 km from the charming, lively town of Treviso.
